Be Very Wary
March 16, 2020Leased a two bedroom unit at Lemon Bay Apartments in Englewood, FL. for one year. Was happy there until the rude awakening after I left. Was told when first renting there was no worries about nails to hang pictures. And no need to fill in. I bet I had only 10 small nail holes but they charged me to paint the entire apartment!!! There was no other damage to paint and walls. They also charged me for additional cleaning. I spent hours cleaning and made them aware the only thing I couldn't do was to ...pull out stove and fridge. Was told no problem. I left that apartment spotless!!!!! Fridge, bathrooms, oven, floors and closets. Why do companies want to screw the little people. Would never recommend. Renter beware.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
