Unprofessional
November 1, 2024Mold on the ceilings of a supposedly renovated apartment. Maintenance request takes about a month and when the person does come they’re high on drugs and just seem sketchy. There a pest problem and the building always smells. Holes in the ceiling in the hallway. Honestly just not worth the headache or priceReview from Apartments.com

August 28, 2024Very old building but compared to the older pictures on Google they’re a lot better. The neighboring areas going more west are a lot more expensive so this a great place for cheap in a cute neighborhood for most part. Maintenance could do a lot better but the office is respectful and easy to work with. This a great little middle ground for cheap and a nice neighborhood.Review from Apartments.com

WARNING - AVOID THIS RESIDENCE AT ALL COSTS!!!
April 16, 2024During my nearly year-long stay at this residence, I encountered a multitude of serious issues that significantly impacted my experience. Repeated electricity outages not only led to spoiled food but also caused significant inconvenience. The property management was unresponsive to complaints, resulting in an overall neglect of maintenance and upkeep. Random fire alarms, triggered by health hazards, necessitated multiple visits from emergency services, adding to the disruption. Additionally, ...there was a persistent rodent infestation problem, constant disruptive construction noise affecting work, and frequent plumbing problems such as toilet, sink, and tub backups. To top it off, packages were frequently stolen due to inadequate security, compounded by non-functional security cameras. Furthermore, amenities like a gym, which were advertised, were non-existent. These serious issues compromised comfort, safety, and basic needs. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against choosing this residential property. Big Mistake
January 31, 2024Please do NOT live here. In my three years living here the ownership changed twice and one was not better than the other. There are mice in the building, rude neighbors who play loud music at late hours in the night and rampant drug use. Maintenance is slow to respond...IF they respond at all. I am so thankful I left. May 11, 2020I am living in Lennox Apartments for almost a year now and I enjoy the experience very much. First the leasing and move in process, everyone is very friendly and answer any question that I have. The old leasing team made sure to make the transition as smooth as possible for me, but the new manager is a great improvement. Second, very safe neighborhood and quiet. Third, the maintenance team is great. Any of my maintenance requests they all get them resolved effectively and in a timely manner. And ...the renovations are looking great.Property Manager Responded
