June 15, 2020First I have a year living in this place it's the worst place In the planet to live. there are some reasons why 1- bad management (I have a year with my bathroom clogged they never give mainance, I have 6 months with my stove broken, I got a leak on room they didn't fixed it) 2 the whole building smells to marijuana 3 the building is too old many things are not working 4 they doest have mainance in the building is horribleReview from Apartments.com

November 14, 2017IF YOU ARE A HONEST HARD WORKING INDIVIDUAL, HAVE ETHICS, MORALS, GOALS DREAMS ASPIRATIONS, OR JUST SIMPLY NEED A PLACE TO LIVE, I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO APPLY TO LIVE AT THIS LOCATION. THE BUILDING IS BUG INFESTED, THE PEOPLE ALL HAVE ECONOMIC STRUGGLE OR HARDSHIP, IT TAKES OVER HALF A DOZEN OF THEM TOGETHER TO MEET THEIR RENT, THE LANDLORDS ARE ALWAYS DIRTY OR ALMOST NEVER ON SITE THEY VANDALIZE YOUR CAR, WHILE YOU ARE AWAY FROM YOUR APARTMENT, THEY WILL LET THEMSELVES IN AND VANDALIZE YOUR ...FURNITURE CLOTHES APLLIANCES, THE POLICE OFFICERS WORKING THIS DIVISION WON'T HELP YOU THOUGH THEY WILL PRETEND TO, THE OWNERS CONCERNS ARE ONLY WHAT HE/SHE IS MAKING FROM THE TENANTS. July 28, 2015This is the most friendliest apartments in the neighborhood everyone greets everyone. The e floors are the nicest, and have everything near you.
