  • Unfair Billing Practices

    I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with this company regarding my lease termination. I turned in my keys early, based on the clear understanding that I would not be responsible for paying for the remaining days of the lease. I was told the move-out date would be adjusted, and I wouldn’t be charged for the unused days. After receiving a credit for the early termination, I was later recharged for the full amount. When I contacted the company to inquire about the charge, I was told ...
    that I must have misunderstood or “misconveyed” the information, even though it was clearly communicated to me that I would not be responsible for the remaining rent. This company is unwilling to take ownership of its mistake, instead trying to blame me for the confusion. I do not believe it is appropriate for them to charge me again after providing incorrect information. Their refusal to acknowledge their part in the miscommunication is disappointing and unprofessional. I strongly urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as their lack of transparency and accountability is concerning.

    Lenox place is an excellent option to live, with the new management company everything is improving on the property. Renting at Lenox Apartments puts you in a friendly neighborhood near Georgia Tech and only five minutes away from Midtown and Downtown Atlanta. Community events, grocery stores, pharmacies, education, and great nightlife are minutes away! New manager and maintenance staff are very professional and friendly.
