Unfair Billing Practices
July 14, 2025I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with this company regarding my lease termination. I turned in my keys early, based on the clear understanding that I would not be responsible for paying for the remaining days of the lease. I was told the move-out date would be adjusted, and I wouldn’t be charged for the unused days. After receiving a credit for the early termination, I was later recharged for the full amount. When I contacted the company to inquire about the charge, I was told ...that I must have misunderstood or “misconveyed” the information, even though it was clearly communicated to me that I would not be responsible for the remaining rent. This company is unwilling to take ownership of its mistake, instead trying to blame me for the confusion. I do not believe it is appropriate for them to charge me again after providing incorrect information. Their refusal to acknowledge their part in the miscommunication is disappointing and unprofessional. I strongly urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as their lack of transparency and accountability is concerning.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Renting at Lenox Apartments puts you in a friendly neighborhood near Georgia Tech and only five minutes away from Midtown and Downtown Atlanta.
