We have been living here for over a year, and I wish we had chosen to live somewhere else. The units are nice enough, but the constant fire alarms are the main issue. They go off at least once a month (usually more). We had one last week that went off at 10 PM, and it took an hour for them to turn it off. One went off again today.

get broken into and you can hear ambulances and fire trucks drive down the road at every hour of the day.
Also, if you don't live on the top floor, you'll definitely hear your neighbors stomping around above you.
