January 24, 2021If you want free roommates roaches are here and everywhere. Maintenance does their best but not enough. Living here is simply uncomfortable and I cannot wait to move.Review from Apartments.com
The building that looks like a motel
August 27, 2015The carpet was stained before we moved in. We told them. They cut out the dining room and put in what looks like used carpet. The door to the master bedroom's bathroom was broken. They replaced it with a door that looks like they dragged it through the parking lot. The handles have fallen off of the refrigerator and the oven. Someone was mugged getting out of their car this month. We're moving when the lease is up.Review from Apartments.com
Clear and present danger
July 22, 2015For the most part the community is well kept. There are maintenance issue that will arise from time to time due to it being and older community. They will send maintenance within a reasonable amount of time. Be aware that some of the units do have roaches! You get what you pay for with this property.Review from Apartments.com
