These new terms of service have conditions that we (the renter) are responsible for the accuracy of the new AI features that are deployed (see Section 8.4, accuracy of the AI agent). This is worrying as it seems to signal Ridgetop is planning to remove humans from the management of its properties. My experience with AI is that ...when it is introduced, the quality of customer service drops quickly.
