Best apartment I've ever lived in!
May 15, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comI tend to apartment-hop as I usually find something to be dissatisfied about whether it's location, management, neighbors, etc -- but I have lived at Les Chateaux the entire time I've been in Duluth (5 years) and am only now moving out because I am relocating. I've had a great experience here and am so sad to leave! The community is great, neighbors are friendly, the office staff (Shelby & Emmaly) is awesome, and maintenance (Joe) is quick and efficient. And Connie, who cleans the shared areas of ...the apartments, is so kind and bubbly and a joy to bump into on the way to work in the morning :) Any minor issues that have come up while living here have been dealt with promptly. They plan a lot of fun little social events for residents to keep everyone involved. They also offer free laundry which is great, and have an amazon locker for all package deliveries so you can pick up on your own schedule even when the office is closed, but packages are still safe. If I ever find myself back in Duluth I'll certainly be back at this property!Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

A must for dog owners!
August 4, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comOnly steps from the famous lake walk and beautiful Lake Superior, this complex is not only luxurious for people, but is a real puppy-pleaser. Our large grassy backyard over looking Lake Superior is our dog's favorite place to spend her mornings. For those days when she yearns for more, we step right out onto the sidewalk which runs into the lake walk that is only a few miles to Canal Park. There is a real sense of community between the complexes and we couldn't imagine living in any other area ...of Duluth. Safe, quiet, and an all around great place to live.Read More
