year untreated and it's absolutely infested. Our apartment is very clean and food put in proper containers and our place has less of a problem then our neighbors but it's terrible. The entire building(s) need to be tented and fumigated. If maintenance bombs one apartment they just run to another. If it were one or two here and there it's whatever but we replace our traps every week FULL with no bait left, they crawl into bed with us they don't even run from light! I've seen almost white roaches and that means there's a serious problem..that bug didn't have room in the walls to moly...they have bug control in who puts something in the cabinets then leaves. Literally idk why they pay the pest people who come I think it's just to say they are doing something. They don't pay the garbage so it over flows, same with lawn care, pest control, and plowing... I can't remember when it's been plowed last when it snows, then the parking lot turns to ice. Everyones packages get stolen within minutes of drop off, my neighbor's car got stolen andtheres supposed to be cameras but they don't do anything and the owners just don't want to be bothered...They let homeless people sleep in the empty apartments, which is a beautiful thing yet, meanwhile I'm having to leave my apartment on the 22, right before the holiday and knowing I had things planned for the 29th. I had a complicated pregnancy on bed rest ran out of FMLA..got a job and a grant for all the back rent..lost my new job due to childcare issue that happened for the one week, lost the grant due to no employment on the books and here we are..... Completely infested!!! They come out all day and night....luckily have a cat so she handles the mice that come in but I hear my neighbor screaming at them regularly.... But the roaches.are even crawling in bed with us now and that's just not acceptable... We use traps and sprays nothing is stopping these bugs until the building is rented or condemned

they continue to come in bunches. Lastnight my wife and I barely slept before work due to so many roaches being around. We killed atleast 15 roaches in a matter of 6 hours lastnight. We barely sleep in this place without fearing that a roach will get on us or our food. The hallways are falling apart. The hallways smell horrible and you can literally see the roaches roaming in the hallways and enter the homes. We hate this place so much. The neighbors are very loud and trouble makers. Neighbors are nasty. Spit and throw trash from their windows. My car has been spit on and have had all kinds of trash thrown on it because the neighbors are nasty and throw all their trash out through the window. The office never answer the phone and they dont do anything to maintain the building. Loud music and fights outside and shootings at all times of the day. So much more I can say but dont have enough time. Just beware of this nasty infested place.
