June 30, 2025If anything breaks at Levare. They replace it with cheap supplies, inferior and poor quality. It is no longer the place of quality and comfort as it was before. My Bosch refrigerator was replace with humming Whirlpool. My ceiling now has two colors. I am hoping nothing else breaks in this place.Property Manager Responded

January 30, 2025We moved in just four months ago and it has been a fantastic experience so far! The community is well-maintained, and feels like home. The management, Leasing office staff and maintenance teams are great! The only challenge we’ve faced is the limited availability of car chargers. We are currently on the waitlist, and I really hope they add more soon, as it’s been inconvenient for us with electric cars. Other than that, this is a wonderful place to live.Property Manager Responded

December 25, 2024I love our complex very much. We have been living here for the third year. It is quiet and calm, the gorgeous Santana street is right at the exit. There are always security guards near the house. It is safe.Property Manager Responded

December 25, 2024Like it?? It's quiet and calm in our complex, I love it very much. And the staff is very good. Plus there is always coffee in the lobby, sometimes I'm too lazy to make it at home. This is a very big plus of the complex - the availability of delicious coffee.Property Manager Responded
