      The property is completely dirty entrance stairs haven't been cleaned in months along with elevator entryways in parking area. The garage issue is nuts, they take up parking space to place the dumpsters, they also have a trailer hauling out trash from the complex. Hallway is stinking like trash, hasn't been vacuumed for quite a while, to add the window ledges inside are covered in bugs and dust. Recently changed the hours to the pool which is why i moved here. Trash valet is charged but I can't ...
      use it due to my work schedule that doesn't match with the hours of pickup, and if I leave my trash out I get a notice.

      I love to live here. It’s close to everything! Job, school, supermarkets… Also, the amenities are nice, the pool and the gym. The gym has the basics to workout upper body ????

      We moved in last Saturday and so far eveyone has been friendly. And the property has been great. The only complaint we have is the water heater continuously going out. We have submitted 3 maint. requests and I believe the heater should be replaced. And it seems that we have to call each time to make sure the request gets completed.

      I've been a resident at level for about 3 year and have enjoyed living here at Level. I haven't had any major issues, and the issues i have had have been resolved very quickly and professionally. Since the changing with new people in the front office, i have felt they have been very sand offish and I felt like I was and inconvenience to the staff as i just come in to pay my rent. The old staff was always very friendly and welcoming to me and took care of any issues i have had in a quick and ...
      professional manor. I have reported to staff the front gate sensor is contentiously malfunction making it hard to get into the front gate when the gates are closed for the night. This issues dose not seem to be fixed or resolved I have as reported to staff the outside light between garage 43 and 42 is out and needs replaced. There's seems to be an excessive amount of trash in the hallways and out by the compactor. not sure whats going on with that?

      The location of this property is perfect. Very walkable area. Close to restaurants and shopping and everything else. New office management staff seems to be managing the property better than the last people but my 14 year old son said that the office staff got mad at him for trying to get water out of the front office mini fridge. They told him it was only for future residence. Not current residents. And I think that's ridiculous. We've been here for over 2 years and we see residents going in ...

      Overall the experience is okay, I will say the new management team seems to be willing to do repairs more quickly than the previous owner. However the back door handle being constantly broken and the fob not working is a consistent source of frustration and a security concern.

      I enjoy living at Level at Sixteen. The location is perfect, close to dining, and shopping. I like the underground parking. Though it can be hard to find parking later in the evening in the case of having guests. I enjoy the pool and gym. I like the gate/security. However, I feel we need a more present security personnel to ensure rules are followed. The cleanliness of the premises and building have diminished since I moved in.
