Maintenance is terrible have to call multiple times for repairs because their not done right, office staff is nice when moving in but can be extremely rude and disrespectful and try and abuse their power in the office, bugs are a big problem, and mice, this a last resort type of apartment definitely explore elsewhere first !!

I have lived in the complex for 4-1/2 years. First let's clear up a feature advertised. The pool has not been an amenity since I moved in. My building has tenants who barely last one year. I don't know their screening criteria, but maybe if they took more time to vet prospective tenants, they would last longer. The last tenant to move out left a sofa in a stairwell! Another tenant flooded her tub with the water going down to the floor below and the basement level apartment. No help from ...
maintenance nor apology from the tenant. The noise that emanates from her apartment nightly is a major problem. I haven't seen police here on a regular basis as stated in another review and maintenance does their best to keep the complex clean. It all boils down to the tenants who move here. It's up to us to maintain the cleanliness of apartments and common areas. If undesirable people are allowed in, then we get what the issues outlined in other reviews (profanity from young children, drug dealers, constant police presence, etc) caused by these tenants. I am hopeful that the change in management for the property can alleviate the problems by choosing tenants who will respect each other and help maintain the property the way it should be.

This place is a slum. Trash everywhere. Drug deals all over property. Constant police presence. Overdoses regularly. Shooting in the parking lot. It's a terrible place to live and it's only getting worse. Whatever you do, don't live here.

Management and community are really ridiculous. This is a big dumpster community and management also.
They send you electric bills random amount every month up to 70$-80$, doesn’t matter how much you used electric or doesn’t matter winter or summer. If you complain about that, that don’t care your complaints.
And inside the apartments a lot cockroaches, bugs, rats, mouse, and a lot.
I never ever suggest this apartments. Don’t choose this apartments for your home .

this is one of the worst places ive ever been. my friend lived here for 6 months. there were bugs and mice running around. some of the neighbors had swarms of flies comming from their apartment. there were loud neighbors who you could hear fighting. someone got shot outside his door. how this has a good review on here is beyond me. stay away for this place

I don’t know how this complex has such a high rating on here. We’ve had bed bugs twice, maintenance is a joke, the women in the leasing office are very rude. There’s been a shooting, I found used needles by one of the dumpsters, there’s no parking ever. Spend a little more and go anywhere but here.

Lori in the leasing office is a real See You Next Tuesday! Don't rent these apartments! Everyone on the management team is a complete joke (besides Mary, she was actually a very helpful person) But, this place is complete trash from the tenants to the nonexistent laundry rooms. Go else where unless you want the worst experience of your life!

I would put down 4 stars. Unfortunately, the landlord has ruined that. They keep entering my apartment without notice. I feel like my privacy is being violated. We came home to her in the apartment and it seemed as though they made some excuse up. I keep my home clean and mind my own business. I really don't appreciate this. They need to realize that as a tenant, I have rights. And one of those rights is to be notified when they enter my apartment.

I have been living here for 2 years now I didn't listen to the reviews because I figure something bad happened then they will complain about every detail. Let me just say the ladies in the office are nice at first then once you sign that lease it's over. Parking is terrible I never get a spot anywhere near my apt. My water turns brown at least twice a month for more than a day. There are a lot of kids here but they are screaming and cursing by the age of 8 some even younger. My overall experience ...

I've lived at Levittown trace for just under a year. In that time management and maintenence has always been very responsive to my needs. My apartment is in good condition, though it is a little hard to keep warm in winter and expensive to keep cool in summer. The location has easy access to shopping, i95 and public transit. All in all, for the location and the price I'm very content with my experience here.
