I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my time living here and it has been an absolute pleasure. All the staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly and professional. Any maintenance concerns were all addressed in an very timely manner by a wonderful team (typically within 24 hours). Of all the rental experiences I have had this one has been my favorite by far!!! Highly recommend!

I have lived at Lewiston for five years now, and will leave only because I got a job outside NY. I cannot recommend renting with this company enough: they made my stay at Clinton very memorable. The management is excellent, professional, respectful; location is excellent and strategic; property is well maintained and extremely well served. I lived in a two bedroom apartment that was very clean, safe, secure, and **BEAUTIFUL**.
You enter their units and you know outright that the deal is worth ...
every single cent. Michael, Mark, Matt, Aneesa, among others were a delight to work with. their communication has been excellent consistently efficient.
I need to admit that searching for housing elsewhere was hard: because of the inevitable comparisons I had to make between Lewiston and other companies. Lewiston is a landmark in Upstate; and I will always be grateful to the opportunity to rent with them. I truly wish them all the best. They deserve this huge success and even more.

I rented a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment from Lewiston Gardens. The apartment was absolutely pristine, with an attractive and logical layout. Mike and Aneesa were wonderful to work with and very responsive, and the maintenance staff was so helpful and courteous. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to live there. I would have stayed forever if my health needs hadn't intervened. I'd give it 10 stars if that were an option!

The apartments at Meadow Street are in a great location, just a short walking distance to the Clinton town square, which offers plenty of food places and activities. The area itself is very nice.
The apartments are well-maintained and supported by a quick-response maintenance team. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful; in fact, they handle most complaints within the same day if it's a weekday. In my experience, the team truly goes above and beyond for the tenants.

I lived at the White Street Townhouses for 4 years and wouldn't have moved out if I wasn't buying a house! The townhouses are kept in great shape, the maintenance staff is quick to respond anytime there is any sort of issue (including weekends and after hours), and they all are conveniently located. The front office even helped assist me with a few things after I had moved out.

I can't say enough good things about Lewiston Properties. I lived in Pheasants Run for a couple years and it was such a great experience. If there was anything wrong, maintenance was there right away to solve the issue. Snow removal and landscaping was always great. I lived alone and was never concerned for my safety. It is also a great place for children of any age. Safe, clean, and friendly neighbors. Loved it there!

We rented a townhome within Lewiston at Seneca on Route 5 for over 3 years. It was the nicest place we have ever lived. The quality and care that went into construction is unmatched. Noise from neighbors is not an issue. Every room has plenty of light, the kitchens are gorgeous and the back patio is really nice to relax on. It was really hard to leave. I would highly recommend renting from them. Thanks for everything.

My Wife and I lived in Lewiston on Seneca for about a year and a half. The unit itself was lovely. We had a nice backyard and it was impressively sound proof. I never heard a peep from any neighbors. With the windows closed I could barely hear the fairly busy road near the complex.
All of the appliances were extremely new and the unit itself was beautiful. Honestly though the most impressive part was how kind the management was. We didn't have any particularly large problems but at one point ...
the fridge shut off on us. I had expected this to be a week or more turn around but we had a similar but working fridge in the unit within 8 hours of our first calling management.
Overall the unit massively exceeded my expectations.

I stayed in Lewiston Townhomes in New Hartford for 5 years. What truly sets this apartment apart is the exceptional hospitality of the owner. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was as pleasant as possible. Maintenance is super fast. I stayed in several properties in several states but Lewiston is certainly the best! During winter, snow cleaning is prompt and quick. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home.
