Great location with very good management team
September 30, 2025The apartments at Meadow Street are in a great location, just a short walking distance to the Clinton town square, which offers plenty of food places and activities. The area itself is very nice. The apartments are well-maintained and supported by a quick-response maintenance team. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful; in fact, they handle most complaints within the same day if it's a weekday. Wonderful Place to Live, Super Attentive to Needs
July 2, 2025I lived at the White Street Townhouses for 4 years and wouldn't have moved out if I wasn't buying a house! The townhouses are kept in great shape, the maintenance staff is quick to respond anytime there is any sort of issue (including weekends and after hours), and they all are conveniently located. Best Placed I Lived in the Area
April 7, 2025I can't say enough good things about Lewiston Properties. I lived in Pheasants Run for a couple years and it was such a great experience. If there was anything wrong, maintenance was there right away to solve the issue. Snow removal and landscaping was always great. I lived alone and was never concerned for my safety. Great Place to live
February 9, 2024We rented a townhome within Lewiston at Seneca on Route 5 for over 3 years. It was the nicest place we have ever lived. The quality and care that went into construction is unmatched. Noise from neighbors is not an issue. Every room has plenty of light, the kitchens are gorgeous and the back patio is really nice to relax on. It was really hard to leave. Very kind managment
November 8, 2023My Wife and I lived in Lewiston on Seneca for about a year and a half. The unit itself was lovely. We had a nice backyard and it was impressively sound proof. I never heard a peep from any neighbors. With the windows closed I could barely hear the fairly busy road near the complex. All of the appliances were extremely new and the unit itself was beautiful. Honestly though the most impressive part was how kind the management was. We didn't have any particularly large problems but at one point ...the fridge shut off on us. I had expected this to be a week or more turn around but we had a similar but working fridge in the unit within 8 hours of our first calling management. September 25, 2023I stayed in Lewiston Townhomes in New Hartford for 5 years. What truly sets this apartment apart is the exceptional hospitality of the owner. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was as pleasant as possible. Maintenance is super fast. I stayed in several properties in several states but Lewiston is certainly the best! During winter, snow cleaning is prompt and quick. This area has been very peaceful and the neighborhood is quiet. I’ve been very lucky with great neighbors. Clinton has a lot to offer. I’ve never had an issue with getting in touch with maintenance and I can’t say enough about the owners/management; very personable, genuinely friendly and caring.
