management team led by Chris offers excellent customer service. We had some troubles with our move in but Chris and the team took care of things honorably and with fairness, which I think can be really hard to find. It's not a new apartment complex obliviously, but the five stars are for the fact that I know if I have any challenges with the apartment or if me and my family can be any more comfortable, the lex team will do what they can to make that happen.
With having a young family, that type
...of piece of mind makes a big difference.
Additional points:
-Sound does travel easily as some of the other reviews indicate
-maintenance team is reliable, quick to support and friendly
-every month or so the management team does some type of fun activity or food giveaway, it is always a pleasant experience running into any of them as they are really nice.
-gym has a decent amount of equipment all of which work.
-the property is maintained well though it is on the older side.
-neighbors are friendly and welcoming of families, it's a diverse community and people at all different points of life seem to live here.
