October 2, 2019I’ve lived here almost 10 years. Seen a lot of ups and downs good and bad. Liz, is very good! Jason and Denise are kind and helpful. Maintenance crew is cleaning up at a whirl wind speed!! Getting better and better by the day! Would like to see doggie park, more gym equipment and doors fixed. Beware of McCormick Baron
March 29, 2019Beware do not rent do not believe the advisement no amenities no heated pool, no continental breakfast,no transportation van, beauty parlor. Beware it’s a slum dirty rugs and the apartments are not cleaned or painted before you move in!! Once you move in they lie to you too! bad,bad,bad, and even worst
November 20, 2017first off,this place was just great back in 2012. but now it has a new owner and management the management and maintaince workers are all Hispanic. the manager michelle lopez. will be very nice to you when you sign up for the lease. but after that watch your back for the DAGGER. the maintance crew does everything have wrong and have right.but also the manager will lie to you and lie about you and the owner of this place will do the same. both the mangaer and owner like to use scare tatics on ...those who live here in order to get you to do what they want.which it does not mater to them if you are in the right or not and they don't care about your legal rights.they will find a legal way to not renew your lease, and lie about why they are not renewing your lease.the grounds are getting worst and the bugs are coming back in force. they have alot of bed bug problems here. the management will blame you for the bed bugs,it does not matter to them if its true or not,if they say its true then its true even if its not and they will do this to you so STAY AWAY from Lexington club and tell all your friends to do the same, this place is going down hill very fast, because of bad management and ownership.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 28, 2015I moved from connection in 2013 to Clearwater fl this was the only apartment place I could find that the rent cost was very good for my mom and me to move to . All the people here are very nice . We have a pool . I hope that you can pick me to win the free rent for life . I been out of work from 2009 to now . I pay the rent with my mom's social security money . I take care of my mom she has dementia . I have to write out all the bills my mom can not do the bills any more .
