Stay Away
May 9, 2020Ever since the new company took over this place has been awful, nothing but problems and rude management when you try to resolve something. Stay away you're better off elsewhere. As one of the other reviewers state the place is old and things are always going wrong, sure some of them look updated but for one, if you get a downstairs apartment you'll probably get leaks from upstairs, the pipes are very old and I have heard this complaint from multiple neighbors, not worth the trouble or money, my ...closet also had a bunch of water come down due to the a/c drain lines being clogged, this place is poorly maintained again save yourself the aggravation.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Awful
September 26, 2019place is a dump, it’s at least 50 years old. It wasn’t maintained well by the old management and the new management had no clue what they really bought, so it’s not getting any better. All the windows leak when it rains, the AC units are old and if you turn them down below 70 the unit on roof freezes and then leaks inside your apartment. The landscaping isn’t maintained, trees, grass and plants way over grown, they don’t provide every other month pest control. Broken rain gutters, laundry room is ...never cleaned and the washers are so small that if you put in more than 10 items, your clothes don’t get properly washed. There is NOT an on-site security until that comes by (like with old management) when you call them they only text you back and say they’ve contacted management and mind you this is after office is closed. Non residents are constantly coming on site and using our pools... the list can go for miles. RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
