Best place in Lexington!

I loved my two years here at LPA. Jennifer and Dina were angels and always had time to chat when I stopped by. It's a quiet apartment complex and super close to everything you'd need, so you won't find a better location. The maintenance crew will always fix any problem as soon as you request it and the view from the backyard is so much better than most places where you'd just be looking at another gray building. Couldn't recommend this place any more!

I've lived at Lexington Place for 2 years or so, and I've loved every minute of it. The staff is wonderful and communicative. The maintenance team is efficient and polite. I have lived at this property going on three years and it is by far, in my opinion, the best place in the Columbia area. The property itself is very quiet and peaceful. I lived here for 3.5 years, the only reason I moved out is because I relocated to another city. The entire staff is WONDERFUL! My job messed up a couple of my paychecks and didn't pay me on time and they worked with me. Dina and Jenn are wonderful managers - I wish I could take them with me! Maintenance is always on top of their job with changing filters or resolving an issue if I had to put in a work order. The neighborhood is quiet and the best part is that no pets are allowed so it's always ...

I didn't have to worry about loud music, people hanging out all night, or hearing someone argue through the walls. This was truly a peaceful neighborhood to live in, not to mention it's off a major road (Sunset Blvd) so EVERYTHING is nearby - Target, Walmart, The hospital, Publix, TJ Maxx, and more. The amount of space you get in a 2 bedroom for the price is unbeatable compared to what most people are paying for less space. I would recommend Lexington Place 100 times over!

We absolutely LOVE living here! I've been here for 2 years now and just moved into my 2nd apartment here. Initially I was in a one bedroom but got married and needed more space. The two bedroom townhouse is great because we don't have anyone above us. The property is very well kept and the maintenance staff is AMAZING! Our work orders are always completed the same day!

It is loud - the trucking company next door loads all night. My apartment is hot in the summer. I had water leaks and mold issues in my apartment. I had things stolen off my porch and did not feel safe. My circuit breaker kept going off and my kitchen ceiling caved in twice. The experience at this apartment is not good for me.
