From the beginning, I've had no issues or complaints, and I genuinely appreciate the property manager and staff. They are always present, walking around the property, and ensuring everything is in top shape. Whenever there's an issue, the maintenance team is incredibly prompt – they usually address any concerns within 24 hours. It's reassuring to know that no issue goes unnoticed or unaddressed. The maintenance team is efficient and polite. The neighbors are sweet and everyone is pretty quiet. The neighborhood is quiet and well-maintained. You also can't beat how close you are to everything. You're pretty much 10-15 mins from Lexington and Downtown Columbia. Tons of stores and restaurants around. And I always felt that the price was fair for a great apartment in a ...great location. The Best Place to Live in Lexington/Columbia
March 11, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived at this property going on three years and it is by far, in my opinion, the best place in the Columbia area. The property itself is very quiet and peaceful. They keep the grounds clean and have weekly lawn maintenance. The office staff is friendly, caring and compassionate. The maintenance team is wonderful and any maintenance request I have submitted has been addressed within 24 hours time. I cannot say enough positive things about living here and I'm so thankful to call ...Lexington Place home. I highly recommend coming to take a look for yourself. I have also found that their rates are very reasonable for the square footage you receive. The Best Place to Call Home!
February 19, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here for 3.5 years, the only reason I moved out is because I relocated to another city. The entire staff is WONDERFUL! My job messed up a couple of my paychecks and didn't pay me on time and they worked with me. Dina and Jenn are wonderful managers - I wish I could take them with me! Maintenance is always on top of their job with changing filters or resolving an issue if I had to put in a work order. The neighborhood is quiet and the best part is that no pets are allowed so it's always ...clean! I didn't have to worry about dogs barking or someone not cleaning up after their pet. My neighbors were friendly and everyone stayed to themselves for the most part. I didn't have to worry about loud music, people hanging out all night, or hearing someone argue through the walls. This was truly a peaceful neighborhood to live in, not to mention it's off a major road (Sunset Blvd) so EVERYTHING is nearby - Target, Walmart, The hospital, Publix, TJ Maxx, and more. The amount of space you get in a 2 bedroom for the price is unbeatable compared to what most people are paying for less space. Initially I was in a one bedroom but got married and needed more space. The two bedroom townhouse is great because we don't have anyone above us. September 4, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comIt is loud - the trucking company next door loads all night. My apartment is hot in the summer. I had water leaks and mold issues in my apartment. I had things stolen off my porch and did not feel safe. My circuit breaker kept going off and my kitchen ceiling caved in twice.
