June 12, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comMy experience changed significantly after NEXUS MANAGEMENT took over the property. I paid my rent on time and signed the lease that was provided to me. Later, I was told that the lease was not valid because it should have been signed through an app, and I was charged additional fees. I also experienced issues with a rent increase that was not properly communicated. The landlord later claimed I owed additional rent and took me to court. The judge dismissed the case after determining that the ...rent increase had not been handled correctly. After moving out, I did not receive my security deposit back and have had difficulty getting the matter resolved. Based on my experience, communication and management of tenant accounts were disappointing. Prospective tenants should carefully keep records of all leases, notices, payments, and communications.Read More

Closets in the apartment only two am I able to hang up clothes in because the rest are missing a closet rod bar.the kitchen cabinets are falling apart, the front door hardly locks as you have to jiggle to get the door to lock and unlock. I have lived in the apartment for 5 months now and still have not received a mail box key. April 12, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comApplication doesn’t work but they do take your money. Then when you try to call the 540 number to have the issue resolved, they NEVER pick up. If you call the 855 number, it goes to an offsite calling service, the person asks for your contact information so someone can “call you back” to help… but you will never receive a call back. I’ve tried countless times. It’s extremely unprofessional. Impossible to get anything done with them. Don’t waste your time or money.Property Manager Responded
