Just what I wanted
August 28, 2022I was on the hunt for an apartment that was spacious but also didn’t fall short in AC, washer/dryer etc. I have been here for 1.5 years and love it so much! It’s clean, maintenance is great, office managers are great. Some cons: high rent price for Nanticoke which isn’t a bustling town (you go to neighboring towns for living lol), walls are thin but it’s really ok because I didn’t expect less at an apartment. Great place to live.
February 14, 2020Lexington Village is a great place to live. My wife and I have lived here for almost 4 years and have no regrets about moving here. Neighbors are very friendly and look out for each other. Grounds are well maintained as are the apartments. Staff is very friendly and responsive to maintenance issues. Jane and Karen are great apartment managers that can be counted on to do whatever they can to make it grear to live here . The monthly get togethers that they organize for residents are fantastic ...and very much appreciated. June 29, 2019We have been a part of the Lexington community for a few months now and we love it! Beautiful brand new apartments, pet and family friendly, quiet and clean. Maintenance and management are very kind and respond quickly to any questions or concerns. Neighbors are friendly and we love the little things like online payment options, small events and newsletters, closeted washer and dryers in unit. When we moved in, there was even a welcome basket with spaghetti dinner and fresh bread as well as a ...welcome folder with take out menus, suggestions for local stores and restaurants, etc. Such a thoughtful touch!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

New, safe and Maintenance free!
June 20, 2019Modern, new apartments, pet friendly and close to I 81. Hi ceilings, elevator, washer and dryer in unit, and low utility bills! Competent, professional, available , and friendly staff! Jane and her team truly care about the property, tenants and the experience at Lexington! I’ve had minimal maintenance concerns and they were addressed promptly and efficiently. Great Place to Live
June 19, 2019My wife and I moved to Lexington Village about 3 years ago after we sold our house and decided to downsize. We couldn't have picked a better place to live. The neighbors are very friendly and everyone watches out for one another. The community is very safe. Grounds are well maintained. The maintenance staff is top notch and very receptive to fixing and resolving maintenance issues very quickly. Jane, the apartment manager, is always there to help with issues that may arise. She will go the ...extra mile to help. Great place to live. Attached garages are great and really makes it seem more like a home and less like an apartment. Good, but some flaws.
November 26, 2018My boyfriend and I moved into the 2 bed, 2 bath apartments that were just built. We love that it’s a secure building with a keypad. Would be a great place for a small family. Very quaint and safe area. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. Some rude neighbors will report you for noise all the time, as if it’s your fault the way the building was built. VERY expensive, with lots of move in fees that seem unnecessary. Jane, the property manager, is extremely rude and catty. Always had a bad ...attitude with us. But we really love the new appliances and how close it is to Luzerne Community College.Property Manager Responded

Our first home
February 25, 2016I'm so glad this was my husband's and my first home together, moreover, the house we brought our first born son home to. The neighborhood is wonderful with quiet neighbors. Lawn upkeep and snow removal is on par. The driveway and attached garage make it a great deal, too. Would recommend living here in a heartbeat.
