July 1, 2025I moved out in Feb 2025 and have not received my security deposit back over $900. At first they claim to have mailed it…to the apartment i moved from. Then the accounting office doesn’t reply. Now they just blow me off. Will be starting law suit!!! Be carefulProperty Manager Responded

Do not live here
March 18, 2025After 6 months of our lease our whole apartment was infested with black mold due to the crappy mini split system they have.(no central heating/air) The only thing they could offer was to spray the walls with “mold and mildew stain remover”. After having to throw away almost half of all our belongings, clothes, couch, furniture, basically anything fabric, we knew living here was the worst decision we could have made. Safe your belongings and your health and find a different place to live.Property Manager Responded

Owners/Staff are out to make a buck
March 27, 2021This apartment complex has a few positives but the management is absolutely terrible. They do not care about the tenants. They only care about making a buck and charging their tenants as much as they can. If you don't see it yet, you certainly will when you move out. Karlee in the front office/property manager is easily the rudest woman I have ever spoken to. She is unreasonable and seriously looking for ways to make you pay extra. I highly recommend you find another place to live in ...Hinesville with better management. I left as soon as my lease was up and will never go back.Property Manager Responded

Cheapest Construction Ever
March 10, 2021While they are new and modern, all apartments have laminate flooring and there is minimal to no insulation so you can hear every move your upstairs neighbors make. You will know their full daily schedule because that’s how bad it is. There is nothing to absorb the sound. Every step, movement, bang, when they shower, go to bathroom , etc you hear. Then the apartments don’t have central air, the rooms each have an ac unit on the wall and they do not circulate air, they leak constantly, they fill ...the unit with dust constantly and the AC units grow mold in the part that drains. The worst part is the office denies the mold even when maintenance people tell you there’s mold and the company doesn’t try to fix the health issue with dust and mold or the noise issue by at least laying carpeting in upstairs units or adding more insulation to help absorb sound or not moving people with kids and dogs into upstairs units.Property Manager Responded
