Poor Communication
September 21, 2024For a new place they sure don’t seem interested in filling the spaces. I tried from Thursday through Saturday evening to get a response after I submitted and paid for my application. It wasn’t until I said I wanted to pull my application that I got a response. I’ve lost out on $200, but that’s worth finding out how slow, or uncaring they seem to be. Glad I didn’t sign a lease!Property Manager Responded

There are times, however, when we are waiting for information from a prospective applicant and the information is sent when the manager is out of the office. The manager was out of the office late last week and our Leasing Specialists do not have the authority to approve applications. If this review is in error, please remove it.
