Poor Communication
September 21, 2024For a new place they sure don’t seem interested in filling the spaces. I tried from Thursday through Saturday evening to get a response after I submitted and paid for my application. It wasn’t until I said I wanted to pull my application that I got a response. I’ve lost out on $200, but that’s worth finding out how slow, or uncaring they seem to be. Glad I didn’t sign a lease!Property Manager Responded

There are times, however, when we are waiting for information from a prospective applicant and the information is sent when the manager is out of the office.
