Liberty Lake Apartments will be opening its subsidized housing wait list between May 15, 2020 to August 15, 2020. Applicants must meet eligibility criteria. Pre-applications are treated equally and will be placed on the waiting list in order of receipt. Applicants are welcome to download a pre-application online at www.libertylakeapts.com or request applications by calling our office at (847) 438-6111 to be mailed. Completed applications can be mailed to management office at 201 S. Buesching Road Lake Zurich, IL 60047 or emailed to libertylake@amcllc.net postmarked no later than August 15, 2020. With 70 affordable family units, there's room at Liberty Lake for all! We are a land based section 8/tax credit facility receiving government subsidy. Tenant rents are based on 30% of the household annual income. August 9, 2020Mold,Moldand Mold!The apartments are filled with Mold and they just paint over it and they are done!Kids with asthma and breathing issues suffer.Dog poop at the bus stops.The main doors always open with a pull!MANAGEMENT Knows all of this and does ..Nothing!Think twice about moving in!!!Review from Apartments.com
