Lived here for almost one year with my spouse in 2020. Needless to say we spent a lot of time in our apartment.
The Pros: convenient location, new carpeting when we moved in, updated kitchen, tons of storage space, plenty of available parking, and many 2nd floor units like ours had a private entrance.
The Cons: poor central air cooling, fit and finishes including appliances are on the cheap side, lots of noisy trucks driving through the complex to the adjacent industrial park, loud gun shots ...

The Critical: These apartments are 20 years old and don't seem to have had a lot of updates in that time. In our time living here we had a lot of maintenance issues not limited to leaking roof, faulty carbon monoxide alarm, ongoing A/C issues, and electrical outlets not working. Maintenance isn't always quick to respond following requests and just shows up whenever without any notice. Especially during the summer, the aging A/C unit couldn't hold a cool temp. Maintenance said it was "perfectly functional" before finally replacing it without notifying us and turning it on "heat" for two days before coming out to correct it after our initial complaint.
