Looked and toured the place

January 25, 2025I actually enjoy living here, this will be make 8 years for me and I can honestly say this is a safe quiet neighborhood. Rachel always responds quickly and gets what I need answered. Every now and then you can hear neighbors due to the thin walls but that would be the only thing I would change.Property Manager Responded

Decent place
December 25, 2023Been living here for a year, it is quiet for the most part. Only real issue I have is people smoking inside the building, should be enforced more out of the concern for others in the building. they’ve been cleaning more throughout the year I’ve been here, I hope it continues. it is a decent place to live if you’re a first time renter.Property Manager Responded

Not worth it !

Clean and Convenient
June 21, 2023The apartments are clean, the access to 95 is very convenient, as well as other places in Newark which makes it easy to get everywhere. Peaceful and quiet
April 27, 2023Liberty Square has been my home for the past 4 years! I love it here. The office staff is friendly and kind. I have a quiet building with friendly neighbors. I have never witnessed any disturbances or crime and its super peaceful here. There is a trail to walk my dog in the back-the trail and park is always filled with children laughing and playing. It makes me feel safe and feel at peace. I continued my lease for another year and I could not be happier!Property Manager Responded
