Incredible Value Close to Mass Transportation
November 17, 2025What more could you ask for?! 2 bedrooms. HUGE primary bedroom with 2 walk in closets. 2 bathrooms PLUS a powder room. Large living room area with space for a desk and sectional couch. A dedicated dining room. Modern kitchen appliances. Not to mention a 5-10 minute walk to the train station and beautiful downtown Rutherford. Also Bus stops within 5 minute walk to NYC, Ridgewood, Newark, and Hackensack. 5 minute walk to local strip mall with grocery, restaurants, and shopping. Great community
December 25, 2021We moved here a year ago and will be renewing our lease. Commuting is very easy with the bus being steps away and the train just a 5 minute walk. Building os well maintained and management is always very responsive which is much appreciated. The gym is also very clean.Property Manager Responded

Packages get stolen all the time
June 2, 2018I had my packages found open or stolen multiple times since I moved in here. Other residents also experience the same level of safety here. Management does not do anything about it even though it was raised with them multiple times. Well, they sometimes send an email acknowledging that your packages are stolen, poor you. Please keep paying us and we will continue not taking care of your safety. 24 hour automated surveillance? Are you kidding me? They NEVER got back to me saying oh yes we saw ...something on the video. Maybe if they looked at it at all. They do not care about you and your problems - just pay the rent and shut up. May 5, 2018Don't know where to start... The smoke detectors in my apt were long time due replacement even when i moved in, seems like noone cares i still have the same ones. Same for the air filter noone ever showed to replace it as they do at every other place as regular maintenance. The apt i moved in was definitely rushed to be on the lease asap, it was barely cleaned or renovated.
