Been at Lifestyle for a short period but it has been great! The location is perfect and near everything plus the noise level is minimal to almost nonexistent. Neighbors are nice and quiet, garbage area is kept decent, and my family is loving it here!

Cockroach infestation

I live here. It could be a nice place. However, we are facing a cockroach infestation for more than 3 months. The administration does not care. Seems they don't want understand. Other negative point, when they rebuild one apartment the garbage remains in the backwards for months.

Very Nice place to live! Great Property Manager and good responsive maintenance! Our Town home was updated before we moved in and we love it. Have nice area for my small kids to play. But unfortunately two steep rent water and trash increases in the past two years is forcing us to move as it has with a lot of our neighbors. It’s to bad they don’t take into consideration what people are dealing with with this crazy inflation on everything.

Lived here for 3 years. The property is a little dated, but they are making improvements and the office staff are AWESOME. Very responsive and always kind. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice quiet place!!!

I have a townhome. Two large bedrooms with a large eat in kitchen. This unit has a washroom and hardwood floors. It is usually quiet and property management will fix things ASAP. There is only one problem that I have had to deal with and that is ants. However they are spraying for those as well. I am extending my lease so I hope I win..!!!

I love the peace and quiet at my new place. Walls are pretty thick, so you hardly hear any noise. Neighbors are kind and keep it to themselves. Robin, who works at the apartment office is extremely helpful and readily available whenever you need her. I recommend anyone to stay at Ashton bay. It's even perfect if your planning to be on your own and have your first place or better yet as a couple. I really wish I could've moved here a long time ago.

If you are looking for a quiet place to live this is it. The houses are modern and well kept. They have up to date appliances and are very personal and professional. They are prompt in any maintenance needs you may have. The rooms are decent sized, I wouldn't move a family of 4/5 into them, but a couple or a new family looking for something until they find their right home, it's perfect. Neutral colors make it very easy to accent with any furniture or artwork. If you are looking for resort style ...
apartments, this is not the place for you. It is just minutes from the interstate to go to many diff states and beaches! I often choose Pensacola/destin or gulf shores. New Orleans is just an hour away! Very close to shopping and outlets. I moved here from PA without ever even visiting Mississippi and am very happy with my decision.
