Quick mainetenance response time is a plus as well. Office promotes community events on a monthly basis which is a great way to get to know your neighbors. Fire station across the street and Wawa next door have not been a noise nuisance.

Also, they are pet-friendly so you can find dog waste bags + containers in every corner of the building which we love and the building itself it's super clean and safe!! Additionally, We had a small problem with the bathroom bathtub sink so We contacted maintenance and repond was so fast & they came the next day at the exact time we scheduled, ...fixed the problem right away. I was very surprised how fast their response was and how helpful compared to other management!!Read More
