I lived at Limestone Ranch from August 2025 to February 2026, and I’m sharing an accurate, documented account of my experience so future residents know what to expect. Maintenance issues were repeatedly marked “completed” despite nothing being fixed. My sink and dishwasher remained broken, leaking, and unsafe. the work order had been falsely closed, the sink was still detached, and the dishwasher was still leaking. After raising concerns, unexplained charges and retaliation followed. I documented everything with photos, timestamps, and work-order records and reported it to the proper agencies. If you’re considering this community, keep all communication in writing, read your tenant rights, and document every maintenance interaction. Issues can happen anywhere—how management handles them matters.
