I lived in the 2 bed 2 bath with a roommate. There was plenty of space and lots of storage. Also, you cannot beat having laundry in unit. This place is very affordable for what you get. It’s not “luxury” but is a very nice garden style apartment. Very easy to get to center city, I would recommend.

The Worst! The Mice Can Have It!

One of the most beautiful yet the absolute worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. Please do not be fooled like I was. Beautiful cabinets and countertops over pure filth, and infested with mice. I broke my lease after 6 months!

They have had a recent pattern of getting folks to pay an extra month's rent when choosing not to renew. If you move in .... make sure you tell them 3 months before your lease ends that you will be leaving. Save yourself the money and the headache and look elsewhere.

This is a nice apartment complex with great amenities & features. However, the price point is outrageous! You pay extra for the security, who usually isn’t paying attention or even present in their post. Management does not take corrective action with security when criminal incidents occur and security fails to address the situation. Management is also slow to deal with serious issues such as mouse infestations (especially upsetting during a pandemic when people are encouraged to stay home, and ...

are increasing their exposure to sickness from rodents and rodent droppings). Again, this is overall a nice complex, but definitely not worth the price they’re asking for.

I could go on and on about how awful this place is.... instead I urge you to DO YOUR RESEARCH!! Please just look elsewhere. You don’t need to live here to be close to the city if that’s where you work. The other options are SO much better. It was the worst 2 years of my life living there and I am not joking. They do not take attempted robbery and break ins seriously. Like legit there was a man with a crowbar bashing in our neighbors door multiple nights in a row. I have trauma and PTSD from said ...

experiences and they wouldn’t let us move so we had to pay for two apartments at once because just owning a gun didn’t make me feel safe enough. They didn’t care and that should just tell you a little bit about them. If you are a single female I would definitely not live here. It’s pretty scary at night. Getting away from the people who work here and this apartment building has improved my life so much. I hope others don’t make the same mistake we made by moving here. No one should have to live in fear.

My husband and I have been living here for the last year and recently renewed our lease. Please read older reviews with caution - the management has since changed. I can't speak to their experiences but since we've moved in, living here has been so pleasant and headache-free. The leasing team is so friendly and responsive by phone and email. The maintenance team is quick and effective; they also have an emergency maintenance line. There are two pools, in-unit laundry, wood-burning fireplaces in ...

each unit, and packages that aren't delivered to your door or mailbox are kept in the leasing office (you receive a text notification). There is also a small 24-hr gym connecting to the office, a dog park, and doggy bag stations throughout the green spaces. Snow clearance has been prompt. We highly recommend!

Bugs in fridge/freezer

When I moved in, there were tiny dead bugs in my freezer and fridge. I cleaned them out but they kept coming back. After some complaining, maintenance brought me a new fridge believing that mine was infested. I was very happy with this, but then the bugs reappeared. They must be coming in through the waterline. Wonderfully Quiet Community, Excellent Management

Moving from across the country, we couldn't be happier with the staff here at Lincoln Green Apartments. They were accommodating and flexible before our move-in date, and they welcomed us with everything we needed from the moment we walked into the office. The apartment community is very large with plenty of parking, very clean. The staff are phenomenal at communicating to get what you need done. When there was a small leak in our roof, the manager himself called and emailed to personally check in ...

and made it his priority to get it fixed in a very timely manner. We live in a renovated unit on the third floor and we can't hear our neighbors at all. The community feels tucked away surrounded by tons of trees, but you could walk to Target and tons of other restaurants and stores. You can't hear the busy roads at all but it's right off 76. We couldn't be happier with our new home!

DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT FROM HERE!!! Management is awful and extremely incompetent when it comes to doing their jobs. They will lie and lie to cover themselves. They are terrible people in the office and honestly do not care about the tenants at all. I moved out since Sep 17 and and i paid up to 2500$ deposit but i only received the half of it even though i left the apartment as it is and i had deal with the assistant Leeh, also she sent me an emil to made me sure about her deal, but after that ...

they didn’t reply any emil from me i tried to contact the owner but they don't took any responsibility!!!! so be away from this community they just lie to the residents

Quiet and spacious

Lincoln Green is very quiet and spacious. Although the gate has sometimes been a problem, it does not deter from the pleasant abode. Maintenance has been very responsive but seldom needed. Management is pleasant and very helpful. Parking is plentiful and driving is convenient to routes 1 (City Avenue/Roosevelt Boulevard) and 76 (Schuylkill Expressway). I would recommend to anyone looking for the closeness to the city and suburbs.

Former Tenant/Lincoln Green Needs Improvement

I initially moved into Lincoln Green because of the location, amenities, and atmosphere. My experience at Lincoln Green was not pleasant. My apartment was located on the 3rd level and as a non-smoker, I endured cigarette odors coming from the apartment below. Lincoln Green allows tenants to smoke in all dwellings and the odor was horrible and unbearable at times. The odor would come through the air system and through the closet with the ventilation unit. I purchased an overwhelming amount of odor ...

eliminators and candles to mask the odor; unfortunately the odor was still present. I felt extremely uncomfortable in my own home and could not live in such conditions. Although management eventually offered to moved me to another apartment, this solution would not guantentee that I wouldn’t have the same issue. I decided to end my lease after my first year at Lincoln Green. Lincoln Green definitely needs to change the policy about smoking and update the gym equipment which were damaged and outdated.

PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE. Lived a year here. The gate was either often not working or just open all the time. The parking spaces was not enough due to people not linving here just coming in and taking the spots. The AC/HVAC was not really good, very loud but not efficient. Also, when the AC was down in the summer, called the maintenance and waited for more than 2 weeks to get it repaired. I kept my apartment clean and no food was out, the mini flies just came in. are. The balcony screen door was not slidable, and they couldn’t fix it. Again, PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. They haven’t give me back the deposit yet. It was my worst rental experience in the philly.
