unreasonable hidden charges
October 14, 2025I would not recommend living here unless you are prepared for a lot of unreasonable hidden charges. Throughout my lease, I was charged various unexplained fees amounting to 10–15% of the monthly rent, which were never clearly communicated in advance. After moving out — even though I thoroughly cleaned the apartment — I still received a huge “cleaning fee” with no proper explanation or evidence. Parking is another big issue. It costs $100 per month, but there’s only one security camera in the ...parking area. My car windows were smashed several times, and the management did absolutely nothing to improve security. The hallways are poorly maintained — dog poop was left for weeks without being cleaned. On top of that, there’s a strong marijuana smell almost every day, which makes the living environment very uncomfortable. Overall, this is one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid Lincoln Landing at all cost
June 17, 2025I recently completed my lease at Lincoln Lending, and I can confidently say this has been the worst apartment complex I’ve ever dealt with. The property is extremely poorly maintained. Common areas are consistently dirty, hallways often smell like urine, and the floors are rarely cleaned. If you use the stairs, be prepared to encounter dog waste and trash scattered throughout. The parking garage is frequently broken and unsecured—I witnessed several car break-ins due to malfunctioning garage ...doors. There’s a major issue with pet owners not cleaning up after their dogs, and unfortunately, management does nothing to enforce rules or address the problem. Hidden fees are another major concern. Trash fees alone exceeded $250, which is absurd given the lack of service. After moving out, I was charged an outrageous amount in cleaning and damage fees. I contacted management several times requesting proof—especially since I had recorded video showing the condition we left the apartment in—but received no response. They claimed things were broken without ever providing evidence. What’s most disappointing is the management team. Emails frequently go unanswered, and communication is nearly nonexistent. Would not recommend
October 15, 2024Neighbors are allowed to blast music as loud as they want within "quiet hours". If you work from home like I do, this is not ideal and security will only remind you that you live in an apartment and share space with others. Do not park next to an EV space or you will be towed without warning. I contacted Bridge Property for reimbursement for the $490 tow bill (I was not aware of the parking restrictions) and they've yet to respond. Residents leave their garbage in the hallway for pickup all ...weekend although trash pickup is only Sun-Thursday. Don't get me started on the car break-ins and excess weed smoke in the hallways. Would not recommend living here
November 29, 2023Mailroom is absolutely a nightmare!! All packages get put in the same mailroom and you get access to the mailroom with a code when your package is delivered in there. Then there are shelves inside that sre organized by numbers but packages are ALWAYS misplaced and I have found mine in different spots everytime and have spent 10 minutes in that room to try and find a small package. I have complained to management and they said “I know I go through that too” (not helpful) I have also been sent an ...email that my package is delivered but I don’t get a code that it is in the mailroom. I have found this is because it is sitting in the middle of the lobby with multiple packages just out in the open!!! Do not live here
November 10, 2023Unsafe, wildly overpriced, inexperienced and unresponsive management. It certainly looks nice on the surface but when you look closer it's very bad. Lots of homeless and sketchy people getting into the building and the garage squatting all the time. Frequently found needles and other junk laying around. Car break ins all the time. My friend had his catalytic converter stolen out of the parking lot. Some residents captured it on camera people trying to open their doors at night. I've steered a lot ...of friends and family away for this reason, and I'm writing this review to help you. Also I couldn't even live there the first week of my lease because the place was dirty, carpet had paint all over it, the smoke detectors on the 16 foot high ceilings were going off every 30 seconds, etc it was a nightmare. I could honestly go on and on but I hope this is enough honest information for you to realize the truth about this place.Property Manager Responded
