May 19, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comMichelle is an absolute nightmare to work with and when escalated to the main manager (not assistant, he’s very responsive and helpful) she is not responsive and nonchalant. Additionally the trash sitting outside the building EVERY day causes tons of smells and bad odor when walking in the front of the property. Additionally, the parking gate in building A has been broken since I moved in and I’ve received an email simply stating it won’t be fixed as if it’s not a safety concern

April 13, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comIt’s still fairly new building but already showing signs of wear and tears…paint off on walls, some elevators need flooring updates, and garbages on parking areas, etc. Another issues will be mail room not working. Leasing office agent said iPad or computer panel need repair and waiting for someone to come and fix it. Not sure for how long it’s been this way. At least last 12 days not working. I saw mails spread all over the floor. There were some empty boxes (stolen or left there not sure) so ...wonder how secure to get packages here.Read More

My partner and I lived at this apartment complex from November 24, 2024, to January 24, 2026. This was the WORST decision we could've made for various reasons. First off, the office staff really does not care to resolve your issues and has been blaming everything on the ‘change of management’ for the past five months, but their lack of responsibility was evident from the very beginning. We still have yet ...to receive our deposit back, and we moved out on January 24th. It is March 10th, and they have done nothing on their end to update us. They rarely answer their phones and do not care to follow up. Packages from the mailroom are constantly being stolen. You can go in, and there are notes on the walls calling out the people who are stealing. There was an individual living in the staircase for about a month, and they did nothing about it. The storage rooms are being broken into. The garage door is constantly broken. Trash in the parking structure is overflowing. We informed and reported to the office that there was an individual peeking into the cars and that our car recorded it. They called us back two weeks later and said that they had an incident where the chargers on the first floor were cut off and stolen. One of our neighbor's cars got broken into after this was reported. The storage rooms, which we thankfully did not have one, got broken into. We’ve been working with Jaylen for the past two years; the soonest she has responded to an email was three business days. I was impressed because it’s usually 10 business days. Ingrid, the new manager, has not gotten back to us about our security deposit, which was supposed to be provided to us over a month ago. They didn’t send it to the address that we provided TWICE; they sent it to the Lincoln Landing apartment that we had just moved out of. My partner had to go in person to get an update, and that update was that Ingrid started working on it while he was there and that she would update us. It’s been over a week now, and no update. unreasonable hidden charges
October 14, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI would not recommend living here unless you are prepared for a lot of unreasonable hidden charges. Throughout my lease, I was charged various unexplained fees amounting to 10–15% of the monthly rent, which were never clearly communicated in advance. After moving out — even though I thoroughly cleaned the apartment — I still received a huge “cleaning fee” with no proper explanation or evidence. Parking is another big issue. It costs $100 per month, but there’s only one security camera in the ...parking area. My car windows were smashed several times, and the management did absolutely nothing to improve security. The hallways are poorly maintained — dog poop was left for weeks without being cleaned. On top of that, there’s a strong marijuana smell almost every day, which makes the living environment very uncomfortable. Overall, this is one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid Lincoln Landing at all cost
June 17, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI recently completed my lease at Lincoln Lending, and I can confidently say this has been the worst apartment complex I’ve ever dealt with. The property is extremely poorly maintained. Common areas are consistently dirty, hallways often smell like urine, and the floors are rarely cleaned. If you use the stairs, be prepared to encounter dog waste and trash scattered throughout. The parking garage is frequently broken and unsecured—I witnessed several car break-ins due to malfunctioning garage ...doors. There’s a major issue with pet owners not cleaning up after their dogs, and unfortunately, management does nothing to enforce rules or address the problem. Hidden fees are another major concern. Trash fees alone exceeded $250, which is absurd given the lack of service. After moving out, I was charged an outrageous amount in cleaning and damage fees. I contacted management several times requesting proof—especially since I had recorded video showing the condition we left the apartment in—but received no response. They claimed things were broken without ever providing evidence. What’s most disappointing is the management team. Emails frequently go unanswered, and communication is nearly nonexistent.
