The management in this apartment is horrible! I’ve had multiple repair requests put in and they have never been addressed. My tub leaks, the bathroom sink handle has broken off, the toilet tissue holder fell out of the wall for no reason, and the kitchen light has blown beyond replacement apparently. Nobody has made an attempt to come fix anything. There are bugs in the apartments, flies in the basement (which now smells like something has died in it because of the trash). And rats have now ...
infested the neighborhood because of the halfway houses this apartment is smashed in between. It’s disgusting. I can’t wait until I find a new apartment to move to. The rent for this makeshift apartment is ridiculous. Please look elsewhere.

AVOID THE COLLEONI!!!

When I first moved to the Colleoni three years ago, the building was well maintained, most of the gym equipment functioned properly and the neighbors were great. Today, all I can say is that neighbors are great. The management is terrible! At best, they are slow to communicate with you about repairs, billings, building maintenance, etc. AVOID THE COLLEONI!
