It took this team seven months to repair the living room heating and cooling fan. It stopped in January during a cold snap, my apartment was only 60 degrees, Chicago ordinance is a min. of 68. Still not fixed as summer approached and there was NO A/C....several days it was 80 deg with 82% humidity!!! Shameful...no I'm sorry, we'll get this fixed ASAP....nothing. And Mgmt STILL raised my rent!
