It has been very busy and we only have two maintenance men so if you can kind of let them know whenever they can get to it will be fine

The apartment does not deliver on many of the things advertised and represented to prospective tenants. Specifically, the air conditioning breaks on almost a weekly basis and my heat did not work several times this winter. The heating and cooling system clearly needs to be replaced. Additionally, the elevators break with just as much regularity, causing significant disruption to the building. These are basic expectations for any apartment; I’m really not asking for a whole lot.
