November 20, 2024Just before this request there was an absolutely horrible maintenance issue. It took this team seven months to repair the living room heating and cooling fan. It stopped in January during a cold snap, my apartment was only 60 degrees, Chicago ordinance is a min. of 68. Still not fixed as summer approached and there was NO A/C....several days it was 80 deg with 82% humidity!!! Shameful...no I'm sorry, we'll get this fixed ASAP....nothing. And Mgmt STILL raised my rent!Review from Apartments.com
