BEWARE
November 7, 2023This company never answered maintenance requests and has hidden fees they do not tell you about until AFTER you already sign the lease. Many of the basement apartments have flooding and Mildew issues making it a health hazard.Review from Apartments.com
Great place to live
June 28, 2019I live 2 min walk to the bus line a 30 min walk to the village. The place is pretty quiet and neighbors are friendly. Any problem that I have had, they seemed to fix at an appropriate time. Everyone’s friendly and for the price, I’d say it’s very fair, speaking of fair, that’s also across the street from us. December 5, 2017I thought i would check out what kind of reviews my apartment complex has.. when i first moved here in December 2015 owners and maintenance were wonderful. New owners could careless. I thought maybe it was just me that is having a hard time with Tom and his crew but it makes me feel better that I'm not the only one! Apartments are in decent shape and there is a pool which is a plus! rent isn't overly expensive (goes up $10.00 a year) kitchen and bathroom could use some updating...landscaping my ...first year here was beautiful! New owners landscaping this year was minimal. Honestly everything new owners have done is minimal..Still living here, pay my rent on time every month, don't see myself moving anytime soon. January 20, 2017Since changing to corporate owners last fall, this complex is slow to repair, and respond to tenants concerns. It remains to be seen if the rent will be raised every year over the old standard annual raise, with this diminished service. This is noticed by all the long term tenants.Review from Apartments.com
