Terrible staff
January 30, 2022I would not recommend this apartment because of the management, I have had to go down to the office many times after receiving calls saying I haven't paid my rent just to have them tell me they found it, They charge late fees even if your payment is in the drop box by the 5th. I am willing to pay late fees because I understand the necessity of putting in the effort to deliver payment properly on the first. I went into the office at the end of my lease to make sure my account had been paid in ...full, I had a $50 late fee, I paid it. I decided to enter a month to month agreement while I apartment search.Three months later I have an eviction court summons on my door without any prior notification I did not receive a 7 or 30 day notice, no phone call, and no missed rent payments. They filled a lawsuit with me over some late fees I didn't even know about. Now I have this on my record even though the day after I got the summons I paid my debt in full. I am a college student and its already difficult to find housing, this whole experience with Lincoln Towers staff has been terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would.Property Manager Responded

Just no
January 26, 2019Unless you are seriously strap for cash do NOT move here. People get stuck in elevators weekly, so multiple are shut down, ....rats, missing ceiling tiles, the mail women will leave your mail in a locked room that now one has access to but her. You need to be there from 2-3:30 any given day in order to get your packages. The poor maintenance men are understaffed (and work their butts off) but can’t keep up with upkeep this place needs. June 17, 2016Great maintenance service during the day but no service after 4 PM. For those who can't use their service during regular hours, you pay more for any service. Plus they raise the price to use the service after hours. Walls are thin. You can hear people doing their "personal" business all hours of the day. January 3, 2014I have lived here for 18 months and will be looking for a new home! This is the 3rd flood in my building. Today was the granddaddy of the them all! Literally had 100s of gallons of water fall through my ceiling and the maintenance people did not even CARE. The staff never came to talk to me after the water was shut off to explain what had happened. An outside carpet cleaning company came and that was it. nearly 8 hours later no word from their pathetic management! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!Review from Apartments.com
