An oasis in North Spokane!

I’ve lived at Lincoln Village Apartments for over 6 years now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. The amenities are top-notch and have only improved over the years. The office staff is always friendly, helpful, and really goes the extra mile to make sure residents feel taken care of. Maintenance has been consistently quick, professional, and reliable whenever I’ve needed anything. One of my favorite things is the beautiful landscaping — the grounds are always well-kept ...

and make the community feel welcoming and peaceful. Plus, the location is hard to beat. You’ve got a ton of shopping, dining, and essentials all within a few miles, which is super convenient. All in all, I’d highly recommend Lincoln Village to anyone looking for a great place to live with a solid community vibe and great service.

I just moved into Lincoln Village and just love the location. It’s really close to shopping and restaurants. The apartments are off Division Street which is the main North/South roads in Spokane.

This beautiful luxurious paradise in the middle of the concrete jungle that is Spokane makes you believe your apart from it all. Having had homes in Spokane/Colville/Tacoma/Yakima/Olympia/Onion Creek WA, to Santa Fe NM, Santa Barbara CA ,Gunnison Co, Crested Butte Co, Troncones Mx, Zijuatanejo Mx, Saluelita Mx this is quite literally and honestly the first time I've ever had my heart where my home is. My son and are always very aware of any possible safety issues where we live..and here we ...

don't worry about this. There are so many good things to say about this apartment village that my review could easily be two pages. To make it short and sweet I must say you will be treated with total care and respect by the staff here at Lincoln Village. Thank you to the staff, who go to such great lengths to do all inclusive generous fun community events,rewards,even right down to their own ice cream truck ..it feels like we live at a resort...and I've lived at a resort lol.

I've only been living here for about a month and I'm loving it. The landlords are amazing, maintenance crew is so awesome and the apartments in general are so nice! Such a beautiful and quiet area, and super close to everything you need. Definitely would rate higher if I was able to!

Couldn't ask for much more in a place to live. Safe community where I can have my pets. There's a pool and a fitness center which I love, and the manager is the nicest person I've ever met. Someone you can rely on to help you out and someone who is a human and you can speak to about any concerns. Love this place to death

We have found Lincoln Village to be a nice place to rent. Our unit was clean when we moved in. We find the unit/Lincoln Village to be the right fit for us. We enjoy the amenities very much, particularly the grilling and pool areas! Coming from the midwest we enjoy the landscaping at the property. It is different than what we are used to, and it is well kept! We have a small dog and the pet area is perfect. We have found all our interactions with the staff to be positive. Everyone is ...
