Year 2 I actually enjoy being here. At first it was rocky but I believe new management came in & kicked some folks out & it’s been 10/10 ever since. Rent is affordable . Staff is nice. Neighborhood is quiet.

Been here for 3 years. So many hidden fees. Pest control NEVER comes but we pay for it. The gym is honestly not even worth going to because there’s nothing in it . It says they come with washer and dryers but that’s another fee on your rent monthly. If you need maintenance you have to constantly call the office . If you need something fixed and they finally decide to come , they give no heads up at all . So if you miss them you’re just out of luck . Absolutely nothing can change or be updated in ...
your apartment but they’re still going to make sure your rent increases every year . When it rains , if you’re on the first floor , it will absolutely flood your apartment &’ I guess that’s not considered an emergency because when it happened to me , nobody came out , but 3 days later while I was at work , an email was sent out about people being on the property to tend to leaks and mold. So if you aren’t ready when they are , SOL. Yes I said mold . &’ when you get a renovated apartment , renovated means vinyl floors and white cabinets . NOTHING more . Bathrooms look like they were built in the 50s &’ the garden tubs are PLASTIC . As much as people pay in rent , RENOVATED should mean renovated

I didn't officially move in until Tuesday night,11/26. I have not completed the in-home inspection yet, so I can't give a 5-star rating. As of now, I have not had any serious problems with the community, but I haven't explored the area either.

Hard to get anything done as far as repairs or fixing outdoor lights or my door on patio, loud neighbors, paid covered parking is always someone parking in mine and mail boxes are broken into on the weekly

I would like my apartment to be renovated. We already pay a lot as it is so it should come with the price. The carpet needs to be taken up and add new tile but was told it would be $25 or more extra a month.

So far everything is going very well, the area is quiet and it is close to the highway exit. The apartment has new appliances and everything is going very well
