If you love to be harassed and bothered after coming home from a long day of work, then this is the place to be!!!
They do not remodel anything in your apartment once you occupy, they have pest issues, they never have any parking available at night when coming home from a late night of work.
Every other day, they have a new "policy" that they make up and post on your doors and hallways.
They update and change your lease in the middle of the year for their own convenience.
You have to pay ...
for your own heat and hot water which could run you up to 400 a month and management allows their contractors to leave the common doors wide open in 40 to 50 degree weather.
just a fair warning to people who want to live in peace and pay for rent without being harassed every other day.

Management harasses you every single day, Posts a new note of something they don't want you to do... every ...single... day. They harass their tenants who pay rent.
NOT worth the MONEY! Don't waste your time unless you enjoy notices on every door and rules about how you can live in your own space.
if you pay for somewhere to live, someone shouldn't be telling you every other day what new rule they decided to make up.

I walked into what looked like a interrogation room, the office lights were off except for a blinding spotlight that gave me a tan. After she was done discussing her weekend plans with The guy sitting there, she gave me a key and told me to look at the apartment myself, I WALKED INTO SOMEBODYS APRTMENT ON ACCIDENT!!!! She gave me a key and told me to go look myself, none of the buildings were lableed! I was so embarrassed, i didn't even get to see the apartment. When I went to tell her what ...
happened, she was still chatting to her friend so I left the key on her desk and walked out.

I like the price of my apartment. It is reasonable considering the area. Initially, I was skeptically about the neighborhood and the apartment but it is pretty good. It's quiet and peaceful.
I'm content about the whole living situation over here. Only biggest issue for me deals with bugs getting into the apartment. Landlord got exterminators to spray it several times but the issue still exists. Besides that issue, I'll be fully satisfied at my apartment.

I knew moving back to Rockland after 15 years wasn't going to be easy. I started my search months in advance. The leasing agent at Linda Court apartments is reasonable, informative, and diligent. My fiancee and I both work with 10 miles of this complex, so we knew we had to get in, and she did not let us down. We are very happy here.
