DO NOT RENT HERE
August 4, 2016We've been here for a while (a few years) and things went from bad to worse especially when new management came in. We have mold, roaches, cracks in walls and an opening under the front door, they don't do routine maintenance (air filters...) unless you ask, it leaks when it rains in the bedrooms, if anyone without a parking sticker (no, tenants do not get assigned parking spots you have to pay for the spot and for handicap persons they will put a handicap sign in front of the parking spot but ...ANYONE can use it UNLESS you PAY a monthly fee for it to be used by you and no one else, the maintenance they do is as minimal and low cost as they can get, they just spray bleach on mold spots and we have mold EVERYWHERE (they won't cut out the molded sheet rock...etc.), they paint the bath tub and the smell is awful and you're told to leave for 8 hours before you can return home which is very inconvenient for families with disabilities/kids/pets. Same goes for when they "bomb" the apartment for bugs/roaches. They come every Wed. to put a tiny drop of roach/bug spray/gel and it does absolutely NOTHING!! There is also a HUGE DRUG problem here...not just users but numerous dealers. It is not safe for anyone (esp. kids) and the rent amount does NOT reflect apartments' true worth. If we'd have known this we would have never rented here. These issues are just the tip of the iceberg....so MY ADVICE IS TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible management
July 25, 2016Please don't rent here, apartments are falling apart. Management will not do anything but send you notices. I had a notice that I had to pay 5 cents, they wasted ink for 5 cents. If you want to be miserable for the next 6-12 months then rent with me but it's better to find another apartment complex.Review from Apartments.com
Mickey and Minnie home compound
March 23, 2016This place is infested with mice I caught 4 within a 9 months and I complain the entire time they tried to act as if they didn't know then the complex was sold. Complained more maintenance came to patch holes inside and out guess what's was there to witness a baby come out the hole. Oh yes they are also roach infested and have a mold problem in the walls any time it rained my room would smell wet. Yes I complained but they did the bare minimum they said they're no leaks but a guess of mines also ...smelled my room while visiting, how embarrassing.
