    Clean building and Management keeps the community very presentable, however Parking is a nightmare!! so please be aware of this if planning to move here. Residents move out because of this and Parking is horrible on the weekends. Please Plan accordingly

    Have been living here for 1 years from out of town. Nice staff who keep the buildings clean and well maintained in all seasons. Also pretty attentive. I've had to have some things fixed and they do it quickly. No nosy landladies here! Everyone pretty much leaves you alone unless there's a serious issue. Mostly quiet neighbors aside from the occasional "apartment noises" such as footsteps or TVs. Neighbors keep to themselves for the most part. Mostly hardworking adults, some young families, and ...
    some elderly folks. Haven't had any trouble yet. Close to Shoprite, Walmart, and Target as well as buses and trains to NYC, and close to major highways. Tends to be plenty of street parking available, no driving for an hour looking for parking.

  • Cleans buildings/apartments, excellent building staff/management and beautiful surroundings

    I have been living here since the late 90s and the following is my opinion of Linden Arms. MAINTENANCE and MANAGEMENT STAFF: The super lives in one of the buildings and is very attentive and always willing to fix issues in a timely manner. The building manager lives in the other building and is always attentive to the tenants' needs. There is a service request form online to expedite any services requested. BUILDINGS: There are two apartment buildings, 5 stories, 40 apartments per building. The ...
    buildings are kept consistently clean. There are also security cameras aimed at the entrances of the buildings and the parking lot out back. LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Each building has a laundry room which uses an electronic card system (no more digging around for quarters). The rooms are kept clean and are painted every year. APARTMENT: Apartments are generously sized. Our apartment is the larger of the one bedroom units with the bedroom measuring 17'4"x11'2" and living room measuring 17'4"x12'8" and has an eat-in kitchen. The apartments are very clean and, if needed, monthly exterminating services are available (I have never had to use them). PARKING: Parking is assigned and from what I least heard, there was a waiting list for parking spots. SURROUNDINGS: Linden Arms is across from Warinanco Park. Warinanco Park has lots of activities throughout the seasons. Google Warinanco Park using Google's Images to see the beautiful park that is right outside the window. TRANSPORTATION: Well within walking distance of two New York commuter bus lines to New York Port Authority Bus Terminal (#112 and #115) and two local lines (#48 and #59). NJ Transit Trains are accessible via the #59 bus and is located in Elizabeth's business/shopping center. SUMMARY: Linden Arms is a great place to live and worth checking out.
