I have just renewed my lease after a year with Linden Hill. The apartments are very nice and comfortable. The community is safe, quiet, and friendly. I have not had any major issues since living here. The staff are caring and professional and always willing to be helpful. I have not had any towing issues and very minor maintenance issues to which the maintenance team responded almost immediately..I believe if you follow guidelines clearly specified in lease, especially parking guidelines, you ...

The property has been very consistent in maintaining a clean, attractive, and well-kept community, and I’ve really appreciated the continued updates to the amenities. Just as importantly, the staff has been an absolute pleasure to work with.

This property has so many issues from poor construction to outside water leaking inside, bad water pressure, malfunctioning appliances, bugs, towing, package deliveries and stinky halls. The smell of sewer gas is an underlying problem inside the apt’s. There is a clear breakdown of communication between management and renters. We are happier since we moved.
