Coming up on my year here and planning to stay
January 3, 2026I’ve lived at Linden Hill for nearly a year now and wanted to post an update. The property has been very consistent in maintaining a clean, attractive, and well-kept community, and I’ve really appreciated the continued updates to the amenities. Just as importantly, the staff has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Any time a concern or issue has come up, it’s been handled directly, promptly, and professionally. That kind of responsiveness goes a long way. This is the first apartment ...community I’ve lived in where I genuinely feel valued—not just like another tenant, but like part of the community. Huge credit to Jacky and Janel for creating such a positive experience. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and the way Linden Hill is run. July 2, 2025This property has so many issues from poor construction to outside water leaking inside, bad water pressure, malfunctioning appliances, bugs, towing, package deliveries and stinky halls. The smell of sewer gas is an underlying problem inside the apt’s. There is a clear breakdown of communication between management and renters.Review from Apartments.com

Beware
May 11, 2025We waited for 6 months to move in as the move-in date was constantly being pushed back due to construction issues? They had our deposit. We initially worked with a manager who was professional, she abruptly quit and her supervisor took her place. He said if we had any trouble to reach out to him. We met with the new manager to view our apartment and had a very weird visit ranging from her explaining she was looking to marry a rich man, to holding up a management book and reading from it to us ...like a sermon. We then picked up our keys and she poured out her life’s story. On our first day, our downstairs neighbors were playing their stereo in the front room so loud it shook our flooring. We called and asked the manager to speak to the residents. The manager had the maintenance man call us and tell us that our concern was not valid and there was nothing they could do. We called the supervisor of the manager with no answer. We then called their corporate office Neighborly Ventures in Oregon. We spoke to the COO and he was unprofessional. The manager then introduced a package delivery service called Fetch who is a third-party and uses 1099 employees. We used Fetch until we were verbally accosted by a Fetch driver. The manager states that it is mandatory to use Fetch or find other means for package delivery than here. Originally, we were promised there would be an Amazon hub which are free to install. This “manager” held all packages at the office in a locked room. The package room was locked and our scripts were inside. The office was closed for an entire week. We called maintenance emergency and was yelled at by the maintenance manager that it was not an emergency and he hung up. We then tried opening the package room door with the Luxer app. The manager doesn’t like packages in the mail room because they are unsightly?! We then received (2)3 day notices to comply or vacate with a notice of non-renewal! We spoke once again to her supervisor with no response or resolution. Residents are moving out weekly, half of these apt.’s are vacant. The manager lives here and obsesses over controlling residents. When we had our notice delivered by maintenance which he had a stack of other notices to give to other people down our hall as well. She can’t seem to fill this place up because of her behavior. She is constantly having resident’s cars towed. There are so many better constructed and managed apartments than this property. We are moving. Staff is Excellent Apartments are beautiful
February 19, 2025The staff is amazing. I moved from out of state and they made it so easy. They went over all the rents and fees. Sent me photos of my apartment and the views. I have never been happier. I love my apartment. I love the staff. Janel the manager is always in the office, even after hours and she always takes time to talk even when I know she is busy. And the staff is amazing. They always answer the phone. I had a work order and it was completed in less than an hour. They really go out of ...their way to make me feel at HOME. February 12, 2025This place offers nothing but poor construction, no water pressure, crazy residents, bad manager, skeleton crew, not open on weekends, no storage, parking at a price, you will pay for all utilities in the buildings and outside of the building, loud noise inside and out, sketchy area, no carpet, no security, no Amazon HUB lockers, loud cabinets, piled up garbage in cans, they are towing cars like crazy as there is not enough parking and it is just like living in a tiny motel room!Review from Apartments.com

November 26, 2024The community is well built. 4 floors with elevators! The landscaping is nice too! The office girls are super nice and very helpful. They will go out of their way to assist you. It's right by restaurants and stores. These apartments along with the helpful staff, make this community a great place to call home!
