HORRIBLE!!!
November 18, 2023If your okay with no parking spots so your forced to park buildings away from your unit, having your AC unit leak EVERY summer and flooding your living room, maintenance men coming in and out with no pre warning or notice, them charging you for carpet damage after you move due to the leaky AC unit, and then lying about other damage just so they can keep your security deposit, them ignoring you since they realize you have proof of their lies, now you have to take them to court to get your money ...back…. Love it here!
December 13, 2019Moved here from Columbus not knowing the area very well. We have been living here for a year now and are so happy with the home we have found here at Linden Lane. These apartments were very spacious and very nice! Management and maintenance are amazing and very helpful! GREAT PLACE!
February 17, 2017Lived here for 2 years. My family and I have had a GREAT experience here. The Staff is always so nice to us. The pool is always clean and maintained. The gym is very neat and quiet. We picked an apartment that was in the back area, so it's really quiet. When a work order goes in - they are here immediately. They periodically change filters for your air and heater. The change batteries for you smoke alarms. I've had nothing but the best experience here! Loved this apartment complex
October 26, 2016We lived here for 2 years. I do not have a single negative point to raise about this apartment. Maintenance is very prompt. Spacious apartment with lot of light. Bathrooms are really big compared to other places where we lived. All appliances were new when we moved in. Management is really cooperative whenever we approached them. This is a very safe community.Those who plan to move near to Cuyahoga Falls area should give their first preference to this apartment.Review from Apartments.com
Poor Management
September 4, 2015Since Banyan Living has taken over the management of this complex, the lifestyle has quickly diminished. The office center has been removed, the grounds are not kept, the wifi is hit or miss, the hallways contain trash, and the residents have evolved from young professionals, to young frat guys. Music blares, and the bass moves the art on my walls. The game of beer pong being played as I write this review is a hint of what to expect from this complex.Review from Apartments.com
