Roaches, Mold, Guns and Drugs
September 18, 2021I am a former resident that lived here for two years. I feel it necessary to give an honest review for potential renters. Pros: Mrs. Debbie and Carolina were awesome staff. Kind and very helpful. Cons: The property has a roach problem. The other residents smoke in their apartments ( cigarettes and marijuana). There are/were multiple shootings on the property. There were several times I went without AC in the summer and heat in the winter ( I was not provided with a heater or AC unit while the ...problem was fixed). Mold under the kitchen sink, in the bathroom around pipes and on the walls near the AC vents. I have witnessed multiple drug sales in broad day light. If you have poor credit, no children and stay to yourself then this property could work for you to build your credit. Don’t move here
October 5, 2020The very low rent with almost all utilities included comes with a price.. No matter how clean you keep your unit or how many times they come and spray for bugs, roaches will always be a problem. Couldn’t cook dinner without roaches emerging from every wall and couldn’t keep any food in the cabinets due to roaches getting inside. Once found one crawling across my husbands face while he was sleeping. Mind you, I’m a germaphobe and kept the apartment VERY clean. June 24, 2020Property Manager is nosey, she definitely plays favoritism with tenants here. Maintenance NEVER comes when the request is put in have to call at least 5+ times before they actually do something, say they're are busy but can clearly see them lounging around, drinking beer, and flirting with tenants. If you want to come to a place where it basically a police parking lot, drunk and drugged out people harassing your space this the place for you. They are the worst
January 11, 2018Moved here due to my company so had to find some place quick. Worst decision ever. Although the office staff was nice enough. Bad area. Woke up to gun shots at 11:30 one night. Came back from vacating to hear there was a murder suicide in building across from me. Had to kick out a couple of homeless guys hiding in basement storage room. Neighbor complained about bed bugs in her apt. Mine only had roaches occasionally.... Etc. Do not move here.Review from Apartments.com
