Over priced for size and amenities
February 27, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThe new ownership raised the rent by over 50% at lease renewal time. While the units are nice they are definitely not worth the price they are asking considering the smaller size and limited amenities. They did not notify of the lease increase within 30 days of when my lease was due to expire which gave limited time to find other options. They also only provided 7 days to choose to renew or give notice. Very poor new ownership and property management. Everyone is friendly and polite and the area is perfectly located to stores and shopping. I wouldn't pick another place to live. It's been a great experience. Also the 24 hour work out gym is so convenient. We love it here at Linder Springs.
