Over priced for size and amenities
February 27, 2022The new ownership raised the rent by over 50% at lease renewal time. While the units are nice they are definitely not worth the price they are asking considering the smaller size and limited amenities. They did not notify of the lease increase within 30 days of when my lease was due to expire which gave limited time to find other options. They also only provided 7 days to choose to renew or give notice. Very poor new ownership and property management. There are much nicer properties in the ...area with more amenities for less money.Property Manager Responded

August 28, 2015Since living here at Linder Springs my son and I have loved the spacious apartment. Everyone is friendly and polite and the area is perfectly located to stores and shopping.
