July 17, 2023I have lived here for 2 years. Although I am moving to go to an area closer to work, I am sad leaving. The neighborhood is great! The maintenance team is great. Any time we had an issue, it was fixed right away. Our water heater blew at 4 am, EMG maintenance rushed to my apartment, Replaced the water heater by sun up and they had the carpet cleaning people in by the end of the day to clean up the water in the closet which avoided mold and damage to our things. This is just an example of some of ...the great management that takes place on site. There have been many other instances where I needed assistance or the toilet fixed or the light bulb changed and they come out same day. Its really just about communication and it take 2 seconds to submit a maintenance request. As far as pest control is concerned, Don't believe everything you read. some of the reviews on here are old from prior property management. There is pest control on site frequently and if you are having an issue, they take care of it. I know first hand because when we had a short term run-in with some issues, it was completely fixed within a month, and the issue was minor and not bad. We live in FL, bugs are inevitable but I have ever had an on going issue and they will make sure anything is taken care of right away. The Neighborhood is quiet and clean, And the property manager, Angie is a real sweet heart and accommodating within her means. I would recommend Lindru to Anyone and I am sad to be leaving but happy I stayed for as long as I did. I do not work for Lindru not am I associated with Lindru in any way other that being a tenant.
