    Very nice amenities and the floorplans are spacious. Only issues we have had so far are relating to noise, one being a barking dog during work hours and the other being loud music over the weekend. The walls seem thick and most of the noise comes through the hallway, otherwise our time here has been very nice.

    Linea is great, the cleanliness of the building is second to none. Staff are always making sure the building is clean and tidy for residence, especially the amenity spaces. Front desk workers are friendly and never fail to greet me or help out with my packages when needed. Another huge positive is when I put in work orders for my apartment, the maintenance crew are also on top of it and show up shortly thereafter. Lastly, leasing office reps are kind, friendly and understanding. Shoutout Aiyana! ...
    All in all, no complaints.

    So far so good! The new updates to the gym are great and the maintenance staff are super kind. I love how I can't hear my neighbors through the walls

    It has been okay. Lots of dust in the units. The pool and the hot tub are the benefits of this building. The gym and business center are also nice.
