As far as quality of living, this is a quite place to live. I do like that it is one level and no one bothers us. It is nestled near a residential neighborhood and it is very nice to walk around. I feel safe here. I have made several friends with the folks in the neighborhood. As far as greystar as management, I hate that part. They are just another corporate overlord. They try to make it out like wow you "get" to have a BILT Mastercard. You earn point when you pay your rent. But Wells Fargo just ...
dumped them as a client. I don't even know what bank it's attached to now. Also, you don't have a choice, it is the only way they allow you to pay the rent. I'm not saying BILT is bad, but read about it. It is a completely new way to do things.

I’ve been here for three years now and absolutely feel like this is my “home sweet home“. The management and maintenance teams are exceptional here. My experience at lineage at willow creek has been very pleasant. Close to all the shopping, but tucked away enough to be calm and away from all the noise. Maintenance is superb and if there is anything we need, Kenny is there to take care of us.

I previously lived in a rental home with same square footage as my current townhome and so many things make this place the more ideal situation. It is more affordable while maintaining a private and secluded fenced backyard, a garage, and a now second floor. With added utilities of a pool and gym which me and my little are excited about. little one. I had difficulties with moving in but the manager and staff were very accommodating and lovely that despite it I was happy I had their support and help. This is all literally coming from someone who was a travel nurse for many years and moved constantly, so despite ups and downs I would still recommend this location.
