Current resident since August of 2021 for this to be a brand new property the building has not been kept up to standards. The garage has continuously been broken and out of service and management staff advises that they are waiting on parts. When you try to contact the staff via phone you alway get voicemail. A lot of suspicious traffic throughout the property. 18 vehicle were broken into and management company refuses todo anything for the residents affected. You pay for parking when others that ...
don’t live on property park in the residence and nothing is done about. Also pool was down for weeks due to maintenance issues last year.

We appreciate your feedback and take your concerns seriously. We understand and share your frustrations when the gate has been down for repairs. We have worked with the appropriate parties to try and expediate repairs, however it has taken longer than we all would like. We have taken additional measures to try and help alleviate concerns while it has been inoperable. We anticipate repairs to be completed this week.
