February 2, 2023Current resident since August of 2021 for this to be a brand new property the building has not been kept up to standards. The garage has continuously been broken and out of service and management staff advises that they are waiting on parts. When you try to contact the staff via phone you alway get voicemail. A lot of suspicious traffic throughout the property. 18 vehicle were broken into and management company refuses todo anything for the residents affected. You pay for parking when others that ...don’t live on property park in the residence and nothing is done about. Also pool was down for weeks due to maintenance issues last year.Property Manager Responded

We have worked with the appropriate parties to try and expediate repairs, however it has taken longer than we all would like. We have taken additional measures to try and help alleviate concerns while it has been inoperable. We anticipate repairs to be completed this week. They don’t care about their tenants
October 10, 2022Really has no regard of the people living here. If you need anything they will not get back to you, they’re only looking for new business to fill apartments. I have lived here for 15 months looking to rent a bigger space now that my lease is up & they keep giving it to new people after inquiring about multiple different units i was interested in. Have left a multitude of emails, phone calls, & visits to the leasing office but they still can’t accommodate someone who has been in their neighborhood ...for over a year!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Not Safe
July 16, 2022Multiple car break-ins per month with no action from the leasing office. There is literally glass all over the parking lot. It is not a safe place to live.Review from Apartments.com
