After New Management with Marcela and Jordan took over last July The Links at Parkville has become a much better place to live. The staff is very caring and helpful. Along with wonderful staff is the neighborhood and community itself everyone here is super friendly and it's very quiet and safe.

Maintance is terrible and management is even worse. The pool for the last 5 years has been green and that’s when it’s open. This past summer 2024 it was only open for 1 month. The fitness center is out of date and pretty terrible. The dog park is a mess. The playground has no swings and u can find glass all over as well as empty alcohol bottles everywhere. Trash on the common grounds is not taken care of. The appt buildings are out of date on the inside. I am not someone who has been wronged by ...

My family and I have lived here since January 2020. I have zero complaints! The ladies in the office are the nicest and have so much care for their tenants. Anytime we have any issue or maintenance request we always get a fast response time and quality work. My apartment is so comfortable to live in and is a great size. The grounds are well kept, the laundry facility is always clean, tidy and always functioning. I hope to live here for awhile!

I highly recommend documenting everything before moving in or signing anything. Was told my dishwasher would be replaced before move in. 2 weeks later after moving in, still not replaced. I reported an AC issue on the 1st of the month, a little over a week later I had to call and ask about any progress being made. Then questioned if I properly took measures to let the staff know before this phone call. It shows me unorganization, the fact I was lied to from someone in a place of business is not ...

In April 2017 I had no hot water for 1 day. June 2017 I had no hot water for 4 days bcos they claimed they were replacing the hot water unit. Today is August 25, 2017 I have had no hot water for 2 days. Mind you I pay an extra fee for water with my rent. I have never been late or missed any payments. The management has turned a blind eye on the matter. The maintenance staff are unqualified and uncertified to make the repairs. This property is poorly maintained.
