Have lived here for over 2 years and love it
August 20, 2018This is a great place to live. The caretaker is great and he takes great care of the complex and keeps it clean and well maintained. The caretaker has even added a snack room with a pop and snack machine for the convenience of the tennets. The units are wonderful. The other tennets are quiet and friendly. Nice place to live.

Needs to be turned into a senior home
August 14, 2018Apartment has good layout, but hate the old neighbors and “caretaker”. A lot of families moved out. Old people complain too much and needs to be turned into a senior home if this place cannot handle children!!! Elevators are always dirty with stains. One time blood stains were on the walls and floors of elevator for a good month until they were going to get inspected. Place smells like a senior assisted living home with old decors and furnitures.Review from Apartments.com
Never again
July 30, 2016Lived here for a year when I first moved up here for work. I'd never live here again! Plumbing was terrible. Water would back up, washing machine broke, garbage disposal broke, dishwasher broke. Water pipes bursting frequently, flooding several apartments. My skin and clothes were ruined by the water there!!! I told them they should invest in a water softener but they don't want to put money into the building. Boyfriend couldn't visit (he helps me with things I can't do because of my disability) ...because we got yelled at for his car being parked there. When he parked on the street, he got a ticket stating that next time he would be towed. If I wanted to park in the garage, that cost more money. I was misinformed about the price of the unit and didn't see the lease until after I moved in (a week later). The only handicapped parking spots were under some pine trees that leaked sap all of the time. My car still isn't completely cleaned off because it would need a new paint job to get all of the sap off. April 3, 2013I love this place! Its always clean, the people here are super nice! I love the land lady, she is very nice and funny!! It has a washer and dryer in my apartment! no coins! :) Its Super nice in the summer here, lots of kids! My Cat love it here! And the Underground Parking is the BEST!!!Review from Apartments.com
Horrible expirence
May 15, 2013When viewing this apartment I had an appointment set up with the management. I waited 30 mins after my appointment time before they came down stairs to meet me. While waiting for the management there where teenagers screaming, yelling, running throw the halls, up and down the stairs, spraying each other stuff...getting it all over the carpet walls and other residents doors. On our way upstairs in the elevator there was a chicken bone that some had eaten and thrown on the ground...disgusting. When ...viewing the apartment it was vacant but extremely dirty and all around gross. It was the worst experience I have ever had viewing apartments.
